Hello Love

Been awhile since I have posted, but last night felt like doing some stamping, was inspired by Hello Love to create a birthday card, not for anyone in particular, Just for fun, but I am sure it will find a home :)

This is the stampset 12 stamps in total available in clearmount and wood,

And this is the card I came up with.....

I used the colours Coastal Cabana and Hello Honey, which co-ordinates with the Lullaby designer series paper (DSP)  I coloured in the little birdies using an Aqua pen for a watercolour look.
I used the big shot with perfect polka dot embossing folder on hello honey cardstock,
I cut the lullaby paper and Coastal cabana in an Arrow like shape and stamped 'It's your birthday' on the coastal cardstock, Used the same DSP to border and used coastal cabana cardstock as the actual card, loved these colors together and love this card.... Now to keep creating for my next Blog post, Thanks for looking :D

Well after much thought I have decided to make my Bloghop about the new stampset Get your santa on. It is so cute an versatile, It is a photopolymer set of 12 cool stamps. Look at this little card I made 3x3  quick and easy, great for the kids to take to school, why not get them to stamp and colour themselves.....

You could also use the stamps to make cute little gift cards....

Just a little bit of ribbon makes the card look a little more special

With the bottom card the merry christmas writting is from the good greetings hostess set :)

Now you can get really fancy with these stamps or you can choose to spit out alot to hand out to all your friends with little effort....... I chose the little effort version but still think They look great :) Just a change of Designer series paper to make them look a little different :)

These cards are 6x4 Dsp is cut at 2 1/2 by 4, I also used Garden green and real red cardstock depending on the DSP used, I coloured Images with Stampin write markers  :D

This card I used soft sky cardstock to match the DSP perfectly

The DSP is also from the Holiday catalog (Nordic Noel) has all the classic Christmas colours + more :)
The Ribbon is the cotton ribbon from the Annual catalog.

Thankyou for taking the time out to view my Blog
