Sympathy cards
Well this was the last thankyou card i made for the fundraiser, and this one went to the MC of the Trivia night, How much money have we made so far???? Well $25,000 is how much all together we have raised for Mia and her family, what an awesome effort!!! and that is the last ty card for awhile as i move onto christmas,
However i was asked to make a sympathy card for a teacher who lost her father, sympathy cards are always hard, i always tend to make them Brown Black and simple, these are what I came up with, I like the butterfly ones, as i see the butterfly as representing new life.
this butterfly was heat embossed, the flash of the camera made it sparkle, but to see it in person it is just raised glossy black :)
This card is an easel card, they are easy to make and fun, I have a template on this blog somewhere, used pappilon potourri stampset and baked brown sugar cardstock
Swallowtail stamp and pappilon potpourri stampset, I stuffed this one up a little in the corner, but you get the idea, used aqua pen to get the waterpaint look
Too kind stampset with thinking of you sentiment from the sassy salutations stampset, cardstock is soft suede ink soft suede and crumbcake :)

Too Kind
Hi me yet again, been on a break fundraising, you can see my fundraising effort here http://mialund.blogspot.com.au/ Mia is my cousin, suffering from lyme disease.
As a result of fundraising we have had heaps and heaps of people to thank, which leads me back here to show some of the thankyou cards I have made to give out :)
I have used the 'Too Kind' stampset, It is simple but you can get lovely results using different colours, great for mass production too, I have the image of the stamps you get in this stampset below. I have used this set many times. Have a great day, and thanks for visiting :D

Too Kind
These two cards are only slightly different using different DSP. Used the Big Shot embossing folder and dies. Lovely cards quick and simple to make, Stampset is too Kind.
Mosaic Madness
Just a couple of mosaic madness cards!! Loving the colours. The Happy Birthday was a single stamp from the catalog, DSP is the Quatrefancy specialty.
For the Birds
Hello Hello Hello!!!
Well what a couple of days i had made about 8 cards even though it is school holidays, the weather in Melbourne has been horrible so I got out as much craft as i could and the kids and I got crafty :)
These 4 Cards were made with the for the birds stampset, I really love the bottom one the colours make it look really rustic and i used the natural white cardstock to stamp Image on instead of whisper white, I watercoloured the image in soft suede ink the little birdie is coloured old olive, for a little splash of coulor, Old olive and soft suede colours are in the Designer series paper (DSP) that is in the background, I used the new clay and molds to make the button embellishment and i coloured that baked brown sugar then used bakers twine in early expresso .... because that was the only brown coloured twine i have :) I hope you like my cards. For the birds is a lovely set.

Pappilon Potpourri, Stamped straight onto the card,
Cut rectangle into paper put over Very Vanilla card front then stamped butterfly in primrose petals then more butterflies in Staz on black, then used Dauber to sponge primrose petals around the edge half on the paper stencil.
Then I got another peice of very vanilla cardstock and the smaller stamp of the same butterfly, put primrose petal ink on it, then with a black stampin Up! marker i put black on the centre of the butterfly Then stamped the image, then punched image with bitty butterfly punch, curled edges of wings and stuck down 4 of them with Glue dots, some would say there are too many butterflies on this card, I say you can never have too many, The card looks lovely in person, the camera didn't do it justice :), the warmest birthday wishes is from the Blooming with kindness Stampset :)
